We love to plan activities for you! You can trust us to provide respectful and professional care throughout your experience with us.
Is this included in my NDIS plan funding?
You can look in the NDIA Portal where it’s listed as ‘Social Community and Civic Participation’ to find your allocated amount or call the NDIA. In the NDIS Price Guide it’s named ‘Assistance to access community, social and recreational activities.’ You can also seek assistance from your Support Coordinators and/or Plan Managers or call our Customer Care Team on 1300 134 332 who will be happy to assist.
How do I book to attend an activity?
You will receive monthly events calendars via email and/or post. Simply call 1300 134 332 or email us at email@example.com to book your place in your desired activity.
Can I bring a friend?
This is available for some activities and something we’d love to see more of so be sure to ask a Customer Care Team member.
