With consumers having portability of their packages from March 2017 understanding the nature of complaints and what we can learn from them is of critical importance.

In the Managing Complaints webinar, the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner Rae Lamb will explain her new independent national role and provide some Home Care package case studies. The case studies will help to explain the complaints process and the principles used to resolve the complaints. Rae will also provide some broader level information about Home Care Package complaints covering themes and data.
