The Regional Forums are held twice yearly to support the delivery and sharing of information relevant to community care service providers throughout the region. These forums strive to share innovative ideas, spark new thoughts and promote relationships through networking.
The Forums give you the opportunity to hear from experts, discuss innovative models of care and exchange knowledge and experience with your peers.

The Forum is for CEOs, Executive Officers, Directors, Board Members, Managers, Coordinators, Team Leaders and Case Managers who are wanting to be prepared for what the future promises to bring.
Cost: $50 for CHSP-funded service providers and $75 others (this will contribute to the cost of lunch & morning tea)
