TIME: 9:00am-3:30pm
VENUE: The Epping Club, 45 Rawson St, Epping

Great governance is about responding well to a complex and changing environment, continuing the legacy of the organisation, and ensuring its future success while focusing on quality services for consumers. Build the resilience of your Board or Management Committee to adapt to the environment in which it governs, support services where ‘consumers’ and communities are at its centre, and make sound, strategic decisions which manage risk and make the most of new opportunities. Create an organisational culture where ‘consumers’’ and communities’ rights, well-being and safety drive service delivery.

Take away strategies, skills and tools to strengthen your organisation’s governance, corporate and clinical structure and processes.
