Call for Nominations for Election to the Board 2026

A call for Nomination of three (3) Ordinary Directors is sought for election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 November 2026.

Two (2) Ordinary Directors terms are due to expire at the Annual General Meeting pursuant to Article 46.1(b) of the Constitution. Of these, one has advised that she will not be seeking reappointment.

Nominations of candidates for election as Directors must be delivered to the Company Secretary of Your Side Australia Limited at its registered address or [email protected] by 5 pm, 28 September 2026.
