Your Side is moving!

After 11 years in the building on Help Street, Chatswood, and six years in this office, it is time for a change!

As our organisation grows, we reviewed the needs of our clients and staff, and the type of space we will need to support our goals. We can now share the news that we have a new home for Your Side, in an office space that is a better fit for our current functions and will suit our needs as we grow and evolve.

The decision considered a balance of our operational needs; the cost of a lease; the experience and amenities for clients and staff; and a space that reflects Your Side’s brand and position as a leader of premium quality home care.

Don’t worry though, we are not going far!

The location

The new office is on the corner of the Pacific Highway and Christie Street in St Leonards.

We wanted our location to be convenient and accessible for our clients who attend events or appointments in person and those who just like to pop in.

It is extremely close to public transport – just next door to the train station, and a 6-7 minute walk from Crows Nest Metro station.

It is central to the northern Sydney health hub, including the Royal North Shore Hospital and a range of medical centres and facilities. There are also various shopping centres and pharmacies nearby.

Key dates

We will close our doors at Help Street in Chatswood on Friday 30 October 2026, yes, that soon!

For a short period of time, we will be working remotely while the finishing touches are put on the new office space. We are expecting to be open at St Leonards from around Monday 30 November 2026.

Although we will be remote for a short period, your services and supports will continue uninterrupted.  Our telephone number 1300 134 332 will remain the same.

Contacting Your Side

The only change is our street address. You can still reach us on the same phone numbers and email addresses you have always used.

If you have upcoming appointments or events scheduled at Help Street, a member of our team will advise if these will be moved or rescheduled.  Mail will be redirected to the new office.
