Your Side’s purpose is to support every person to have choice and control in how they live their life as they are ageing. Our Total Care offering means we deliver integrated solutions for people who need care and the carers and people that support them.

With our care management model, you have a dedicated care manager who takes the time to understand your needs and goals to create a tailored plan for the best care and support services for you. Your Care Manager will handle the sourcing of services, scheduling and payments, to reduce burden of administration and decision-making that can be time-consuming, stressful and overwhelming for you.

The Your Side approach empowers you to make decisions about the services you receive and who delivers them. We build trusting relationships with you and the people in your family or care network, so we can ensure every client receives the right support as their needs change.

We work with over 100 qualified partners, who cater to specialities or preferences of cultural, linguistic, faith, gender and non-binary clients – we can find you a worker who meets your care requirement.
