ROLE: Human Resources Manager
We are currently looking for a part-time (3 days/wk) Human Resources Manager to develop and implement HR initiatives that are aligned with Your Side’s purpose, corporate strategy and commercial imperatives. Key focus areas include management of the talent pipeline, employee retention and wellbeing. In this role you will also have primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant industrial relations legislation and awards with significant inputs to ensure compliance with WHS and privacy laws.
This standalone role reports directly to the Corporate Services Director, and is based within our Chatswood office with the opportunity for flexible work arrangements (including the potential for working from home).
ROLE: Community Services Consultant (Carers)
We are seeking experienced Carer Support Professionals to join our growing organisation on a permanent full-time basis. As a Community Services Consultant you will provide service coordination, conduct assessments, and carry out coaching and peer support activities for people through the Carer Gateway program. You will provide direct support to people who are acting as a carer, working in partnership with them to enhance their quality of life, connect them with support services, and develop their peer networks.
We are hiring for multiple roles on a full-time basis. During the pandemic restrictions, we are supporting employees to work from home, however this role will be office based at our Chatswood office once restrictions are lifted. There will also be opportunity for flexible working from home arrangements on an ongoing basis.
