A call for Nomination of seven (7) Ordinary Directors is sought for election at the 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held on 23rd October 2024.
Three (3) Ordinary Directors are set to retire at the Annual General Meeting pursuant to Article 46.1(b) of the Constitution and four (4) Directors appointed to a casual vacancy are also due to retire pursuant to Article 46.1(a) of the Constitution.
Nominations of candidates for election as Directors must be delivered to the Company Secretary of Your Side Australia Limited at its registered address or at companysecretary@yourside.org.au by 5 pm, 25th September 2024.
