Call for Nominations for Election to the Board 2025

A call for Nomination of three (3) Ordinary Directors is sought for election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 October 2025.

Two (2) Ordinary Directors are set to retire at the Annual General Meeting pursuant to Article 46.1(b) of the Constitution and one (1) Directors appointed to a casual vacancy are also due to retire pursuant to Article 46.1(a) of the Constitution.

Nominations of candidates for election as Directors must be delivered to the Company Secretary of Your Side Australia Limited at its registered address or companysecretary@yourside.org.au by 5 pm, 24 September 2025.
