Hey Young Carers,

I hope everyone is well and you have all been able to manage with all the changes and challenges that have happened due to Covid-19 over the past few months.

As this is our last issue of UPLIFT, before we move to the new carer support services through the Carer Gateway, I want to say THANK YOU!
