Meet Pratiksha
Pratiksha came to Your Side on a student placement while completing her Master’s Degree in Social Work. Previous to that, she obtained a Master of Public Health at the University of Wollongong.
Prati started her career as a public health officer for the government in Nepal, planning and evaluating health programs for the improvement and promotion of community welfare. She went on to work as an educator in Epidemiology, Health Education and Maternal Health at a Technical College in Nepal. As the Principal at the Western Regional Technical Institute, Prati not only taught, she oversaw the administration and management of the college.
Prati is passionate about community development and public health and her skills and experience, combined with her calm and solutions-focussed approach, make her an extremely valued asset to the Your Side team.
