One
Contact Your Side at 1300 134 332 to speak with one of our friendly Customer Care Coordinators who will guide you through the process. Depending on your eligibility for government funding, the costs of these home care services will be covered by the government.

Two
Register with My Aged Care over the phone (1800 200 422) or online to determine eligibility and what funded program is right for you. My Aged Care will send you an assessor to complete a home assessment with you. This will determine which services are most suitable for you and best meet your needs. My Aged Care will then notify you of the level of support and services that you have been approved for.
