Occupational therapists may prescribe appropriate rehabilitation aids, such as assistive technology, home modifications, and short-term focused treatment programs.
Physiotherapists can provide assessments, manual therapies, exercise programs and other techniques to treat a range of conditions. They can help you treat physical, respiratory and neurological conditions using techniques such as massages, manipulation and exercise.

Behavioural therapy is an umbrella term for types of therapy that treat mental health disorders. This form of therapy seeks to identify and help change potentially self-destructive or unhealthy behaviours, by functioning on the idea that all behaviours are learned and those unhealthy behaviours can be changed.
Speech pathologists treat communication disorders, including difficulties with speaking, listening, understanding language, reading, writing, social skills, stuttering and using voice. People who experience difficulties swallowing food and drink safely can also be helped by a speech pathologist.
Dietitians provide food and nutrition information, and support people to become healthier, and stay healthy. They provide advice on nutrition-related matters. Dietitians can also help people change their diets to manage conditions such as, diabetes, heart disease, food allergies and intolerances.
