Your Side’s Home Care Packages provide you with a coordinated service that ensures you can continue to live independently in your own home, with the care, support and time you deserve.

Home care packages are designed to be flexible and adaptable to your needs.

There are four Home Care Package levels:
Level 1: Basic care needs
Level 2: Low-level care needs
Level 3: Intermediate care needs
Level 4: High-level care needs

Each level receives a different amount of government funding. The more support you need, the more funding you receive to access the services you require.

You choose an approved Home Care Package Provider like Your Side to give you support, advice and help manage your funds.

As simple as these 3 steps

  • One

    Contact Your Side at 1300 134 332 to speak with one of our friendly Customer Care Coordinators will guide you through the process. Depending on your eligibility for government funding, the costs of these home care services will be covered by the government.

  • Two

    Register with My Aged Care over the phone or online to determine eligibility and what funded program is right for you.

  • Three

    After you have registered, you will be contacted by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessor to arrange a time to complete a home assessment with you. This assessment will help you determine which services are most suitable for you and best meet your needs. After the assessment, you will be notified by My Aged Care of the level of support and the services that you have been approved of.


Most of these services can be funded by NDIS, Home Care Packages, My Aged Care, Carer Gateway, or privately depending on your circumstances.
