REFER A CARER to the Carer Gateway and go into the
draw to win some amazing prizes!

How does it work?

Do you know someone who:

• Looks after a family member or friend with disability, a medical condition, mental illness or who is frail due to age?
• Has caring responsibilities that affect their wellbeing or ability to work, study or socialise?
• Could benefit from additional free carer support and services such as respite care, counselling and connecting with other carers?
• Is a carer in the Northern Suburbs or Western Suburbs (from Marsden Park in North West Sydney through to Sydney Olympic Park) of Sydney?

To go into the draw to win, tell your friend who is carer about the service, and with their permission email us with their name and suburb on carers@yourside.org.au, also including your name and phone number.

All they need to do is ring Carer Gateway on 1800 422 737 and find out about the great services on offer, like emergency respite care, counselling, and peer support.

Once your friend has completed the assessment to join Carer Gateway, we will enter your name into the draw to win.
