Annual Report 2021-22
It’s AGM season. Your Side is pleased to share our annual report with our colleagues, stakeholders, clients and connections. We hope it is a transparent reporting of our year, but also that it gives you a feel for who we are and where we are heading, from our clients to our staff, programs, partners and even our valued Skeleton Staff, Fred.
Here are a few key highlights from the report:
- Expanded into regional NSW, now delivering in the Murrumbidgee region.
- Commenced Out of Hospital Care funded by NSW Ministry of Health.
- Developed and continue to upskill our clinical capability and clinical literacy, integrating the benefits of community care with the benefits of health care.
- Restructured our NDIS service offering and refocused our offering towards more personal care services for people living at home. This was to remain true to our purpose of being there for people when coordinating care becomes a full-time job.
- Celebrated our growth journey, client voice, media success, and staff culture.
- Thanked our wonderful partners.
- Highlighted our Regional Assessment Services.
