Important Announcement: Transitioning out of NDIS Service Delivery

After a long and detailed evaluation process, Your Side has decided that we must stop delivering NDIS services. This decision was not taken lightly. Instead, it comes from our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and quality.
In our efforts to find a sustainable model that aligns with our dedication to excellence, over the last two years, we explored many options and made changes to keep our service running. Regrettably, despite our efforts we have been unable to identify a viable solution. This realisation deeply saddens us, as we genuinely care about the services we provide to our incredible NDIS participants.
There has been a significant rise in the costs associated with NDIS service delivery in recent years. Factors such as rising wages, increased expenses like fuel and insurance, and the need to meet quality and compliance standards have contributed to this challenge.
At Your Side, our main commitment has always been to deliver care of the highest quality. However, as we examine the current landscape and look ahead to the coming year, it has become evident that the standards we aspire to uphold cannot be maintained within the parameters of the available funding.
We understand the importance of the services we offer through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and we are actively working with participants and their support coordinators to make sure that suitable options are available to all our valued participants.
Our NDIS team is dedicated to helping our participants transition to an alternative provider that can fulfill their needs. This includes exploring options such as transferring directly to their existing provider partner or finding a new provider and working closely with participants and support coordinators to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care.
It is important to understand that this decision is in no way a reflection of the quality of our service or the dedication of our provider partners. We are proud of our accomplishments within the NDIS and are driven by a desire to uphold these achievements rather than compromising them through cost-cutting measures.
We deeply appreciate the trust our NDIS participants have placed in us throughout the years. Thank you for being an integral part of the Your Side community.
