Good News Story – Silver Linings

During these difficult times, the news cycle can be a bit overwhelming. That’s why we are delighted to share some good news after hearing how our services have been a source of hope for one of our client’s daughters.
Our client originally started out on the Commonwealth Health Support Program. However, our eagle-eyed Customer Care Consultant, Faye, noticed she was eligible for a Home Care Package. Our team reached out to the client’s daughter, Lisa*, and explained the Home Care services to her in detail. From there, her mother was reassessed to a Level 2 Home Care Package. She can now benefit from a wider range of services tailored exactly to what she needs!
It didn’t end there. Lisa was so happy with the smooth transition and service that she’s signed up her Dad and is now spreading the word to her extended family!
It’s been a tough time for Lisa – she’s one of the many people whose employment has been reduced by Covid-19. However, with the extra time on her hands, she can help some of her ageing family members. This has been Lisa’s silver lining!
