What are your qualifications/background?
Prior to this role I have completed my Certificate III in Individual Support (aged, home and community) and I was a care worker myself. I worked in customer care and sales before changing to this industry. It took me some time to find a role that fulfilled me.
Which languages do you speak?
English and Croatian. Currently trying to learn Hindi but it’s not going very well!
What is your role at Your Side and how do you think it will improve client care and services?
I am a Customer Care Consultant for Home Care Packages at Your Side. I always try my best to empathise with my clients and families to find the best options for them so they can live independently at home and keep their quality of life. Everyone has different needs and it’s all about individualising your approach and care to each person. I feel that makes a big difference.
